In 2010, to celebrate Barbie’s 50th anniversary, French-Egyptian shoe designer Christian Louboutin, known for high-end shoes, unveiled the Cat Burglar doll, followed by one inspired by the spirit of Safari and another that embodies the glamour of the Cannes Film Festival. Each doll comes with a souvenir calendar diary that documents Barbie and Christian Louboutin's French adventures, along with four Barbie-sized shoes.
