Presidential Barbie came with an American-themed dress for inaugural balls and a red suit for Oval Office duties. She's been hitting the campaign trail every election year since. In 2016, Mattel released an all-female ticket featuring a president and vice president Barbie set, part of an ongoing strategy to position Barbie in traditionally male-dominated roles.
