Suim Noh has built her career as a Lead Product Designer at Mattel, where she has helped shape the Barbie brand since 2010. With a background spanning well-known labels such as Tommy Bahama, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Forever 21, Suim brings a wealth of experience in fashion and design to her work. A graduate of Otis College of Art and Design in 2007, Suim built a strong foundation for her creative vision. Her design philosophy centers on creating outfits that honor Barbie's rich legacy while incorporating contemporary trends, effectively bridging nostalgia and modernity.

Some of her most notable contributions include one of the dolls in the series Styled by Design and A Tribute to Fashion, which pays homage to iconic styles over the years; Sue Bird, celebrating the athlete's achievements; and the Dr. Who dolls, merging the worlds of fashion and fandom in innovative ways.
