The house was put up for sale in 2015 for £500,000 by the 87-year-old owner, who had lived in the home for 40 years. The property remained listed for 72 hours before it was sold on June 15, 2015, to a couple, fans of the singer, for £525,000. As he became famous, Elton went on to own several properties worldwide.
