The "A Tribute to Fashion" Barbie released in September 2024 at $100, is the first doll in the newly launched collection that celebrates contemporary fashion while honoring 18th century historical haute couture.  It was designed by Mattel's Suim Noh who created several dolls under the Gold Label, a premium line of Barbie dolls that are often produced in limited quantities and are highly sought after by collectors due to its high-quality craftsmanship.
