The "A Tribute to Fashion" Barbie, released in September 2024 at $100, is the first doll in the newly launched collection that celebrates contemporary fashion while honoring 18th-century historical haute couture.  It was designed by Mattel's Suim Noh, who created several dolls under the Gold Label, a premium line of Barbie dolls often produced in limited quantities and highly sought after by collectors for their high-quality craftsmanship.

Other Noh's Barbies include: Styled by Design Doll 1, Barbie Birthday Wishes, Sue Bird, Roots 50th Anniversary, and Barbie dolls from the Ted Lasso TV series. Most recently, Maeve Reilly partnered with Noh to create another doll for the collection.
